Common issues and their solutions when using PumpKit.

Login code not working?

  • Make sure you’re using the latest 6-character code from the PumpKit Telegram Bot.
  • Codes expire after one use.
  • Ensure your browser cookies are enabled.

WebSocket not connected / no live prices?

  • Real-time price data requires an active session.
  • Log out and log back in to re-establish the connection.
  • Check you don’t have multiple sessions open across different browsers or devices.

“Too many subscriptions” or “Too many messages”?

  • Each PumpKit session has a limit on live subscriptions and message rates.
  • Close extra PumpKit tabs or reduce the number of tokens you’re monitoring.

Invalid mint address?

  • Always paste a valid Solana mint address (base58 format).
  • Double-check for typos or extra spaces when copying.

Disperse amounts mismatch?

  • The total disperse amount must equal the sum of all individual wallet allocations (within a small tolerance).
  • Verify your Min/Max per wallet values - mismatched settings often cause errors.

Export failed due to IP mismatch?

  • For security, exports must be completed from the same IP that initiated them.
  • Restart the export process if your IP changes before completion.

PnL looks different than expected?

  • Check the Include fees in PnL setting in User Settings.
  • Checked - PnL includes fees, rent, and tips (full wallet delta).
  • Unchecked - PnL shows swap-only amounts (excludes fees).
  • The setting affects Price Monitor, Trade History, Positions, and wallet cards.

Slow Hard disperse taking long?

  • Slow Hard mode uses 20–21 minutes per wallet for stealth.
  • You can close the modal - PumpKit will continue in the background.
  • You'll receive a Telegram notification when the dispersion completes.

Why can't I create more wallets?

  • PumpKit allows 1 Dev wallet and 99 Trade wallets active at once.
  • Archive unused wallets from the Wallet Manager to free slots.
  • Restore archived wallets later if needed.

Crypto X feed empty or not updating?

  • On desktop, click Tracker in the header so you’re in CT Mode. On mobile, open the CT tab.
  • Try refreshing the page, or log out and log back in. Close extra PumpKit tabs on this device if the feed still looks quiet.
  • If you use the handle filter, only accounts you left on in the list will appear—open the filter and turn more handles on, or turn filtering off to see everyone again.

Tracked accounts list failed to load?

  • Wait a moment and use refresh in the app or reload the page.
  • If it keeps failing, log out and log back in, then open the filter again.

CT Launch AI picks missing or errors?

  • AI picks need at least one CT Launch preset—add one under CT Launch settings first.
  • If suggestions are blank or an error appears, enter name and symbol by hand and continue; the rest of the launch flow works the same.
  • If you see too many requests, wait a minute before trying again.

Does unused included volume roll over to my next subscription?

  • No. Included trading volume applies only to the current billing period.
  • When you start a new subscription, you get that plan’s included amount for the new period only. Unused volume from a previous period is not added or banked.

💡 Notes & Tips

  • Keep your Telegram Bot handy - it’s used for login, 2FA, referrals, and recovery.
  • Save dispersion keys and recovery codes securely - they cannot be re-issued.
  • If you hit persistent issues, log out and log back in first - most errors are session-related.
